The site is designed to have layers of ponds and paths so that when the rain comes and flows down the building facade, it flows into these pools that promote growth and the ecology of the enviroment.

The site is split on 2 axis of public vs private space. The first axis is the front and back of the site, the program on the front of the site is public and holds a library as well as a cafe. On the back of the site is mostly admin and private space.
